Yes, I've had a chance to play them or I wouldn't have posted about it. GTA I feel I have a right to post about having wasted good money on, and not particularly enjoying the fact it got so much undeserving praise to the extent of people trying to claim it's the best game of all time, having sold millions upon millions more than much more deserving games, and the fact that a game that's been the same since 2001 may very well win goty.

I don't get what's so special about this series. Seems fairly standard stuff to me.
The difference is when you play a racing game you expect good racing to back it up. When you play a shooter game you expect spot on precision. What have I come to expect from the gta series? Quantity of quality. Sure you can fight someone, but can you do it without feeling like you've got a bad case of cerebral palsy. Sure you can drive, but can you do it without feeling like your grandma who forgot to wear her glasses? Sure you can shoot, but can you do it without feeling like Dirty Harry's ...
No I expected them to fix their broken game play system by now to soften the blow. I play video games to feel like a bad ass action hero, not an uncoordinated string puppet. I might as well be playing the sims.

Ever stop to think some people just don't like broken game play systems, and the same scripted repetitive missions they've been playing for almost 7 years.
They missed #1. Same Crappy Game Play or are the repetitive missions we've been playing for the past 3 games worse? It's so hard to tell.

GTA 3.5 had the biggest budget of any video game at around 100 mill, and they made 3 all over again, but hey who's counting since at least they made their money back in spades.
A bad game is a bad game regardless of what system it's on. Halo was over hyped trash, and this is just plain trash. Get over it children.

Wrong, I'm a proud Ps3 owner, which doesn't change the fact that the demo I played was complete junk. Honestly I'm surprised the had the gal to release such a horrible demo for it. I felt exactly the same way when I played the Turok demo, and in-fact if you told me they were the same game without prior knowledge then you could have fooled me. Let them have it for all I care. It won't change a single thing.
